. TRICENTER PROJECT

In November 2006, only nine months after having signed an agreement of cooperation and work together with three community centres (Suffolk, Five Towns in New York  and Givat-Sarfatit in Jerusalem), representatives of each of these institutions met to create the first educational project involving three different countries. It was in this way that the Tricenter Initiative Youth Program, was born with the aim of training future community leaders, both voluntary and professional. Towards reaching this objection nine young people from our community were chosen to participate in three meetings alongside Israeli and American adolescents.

During the meetings which took place in New York, Buenos Aires and Jerusalem three fundamental issues were worked on: leadership, tzedaka and the links between different Jewish communities (formed by this type of experience).
